To ensure the quality of the design and construction of house and sacrifice institutes by the collaborative efforts of government and the community in accordance to poverty reduction strategy

Monitor the proper administration of governmental and public housing administration

To monitor the quality and standard of the raw materials for the construction provided by producers and importers

To produce construction materials and utilize to enable cost effective governmental constructions
